Volume and Formatting
Every Order submitted by the Customer specifies a required word count. Upon delivery, the Product must match the total number of words specified. The document may have fewer pages than requested but must meet the exact word count based on the rule of 275 words per double-spaced page or 550 words per single-spaced page. If there is a mismatch between the number of pages and the word count, the Client may request reformatting in accordance with this rule. For PowerPoint presentations, one slide is equivalent to approximately 135 words.
Modifications and Changes
The Client (or Support) may modify the scope of work only if the Writer has not yet started work on the Order. Once the Writer has begun, no changes are allowed. If modifications increase the workload, complexity, or shorten the deadline, additional compensation will be required from the Client.
Provision of Materials
If the Client requires specific materials to be used in the creation process, these must be specified and provided to the Writer. If the necessary references are not supplied, the Writer will locate them, which may incur extra charges that must be paid in advance.
Deadlines for Supplying Sources
If the Client fails to provide materials within these timeframes, additional payment and/or extended delivery time may be required. The Company is not responsible if the initial Order instructions were incorrect or altered. If additional materials are provided after delivery and the initial instructions have been followed, all funds may be automatically released to the Expert.
Communication
Clients are strongly encouraged to communicate with the Writer via the Messaging System or contact Support directly for additional information. By placing an Order, the Client acknowledges that it may take a few hours to receive a response from the Writer.

Selecting a Writer
The Client may choose a preferred Writer to work on their Order by specifying the Writer’s name or ID in the “Invite Writer” field. However, there is no absolute guarantee that the selected Writer will be available. The Client retains the option to assign another Writer from the list of bids.
Content Restrictions
When placing an Order, you must not send any content to the Writer that could be deemed illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of privacy rights, hateful, or objectionable based on race, gender, ethnicity, or other criteria.
Revisions are permitted as long as the final payment has not been released. After full payment is released, no further revision requests will be accepted.
