Client's Information: refers to any file containing textual information, in any format accepted by the Site, that you have submitted for reference or as an example. We reserve the right to determine the requirements regarding the size and format of the files containing the Client's Information that you may upload in the Order form.

Personal Balance: indicates the total amount of funds available in your account that have not been used toward an Order after a successful transaction. Funds are voluntarily added to the Personal Balance to cover the price of Order(s) at the Customer’s discretion.

Content: encompasses all information, text, materials, images, data, links, software, or other material accessible through the Website, whether created by us or provided by another person for display on the Website or through the Services.

Writer: A freelancer or contracted and employed by us individual providing research and writing services as per client requests.

Order: signifies the actual electronic request for a Service sent to our Company by the Client, including specific requirements and specifications regarding the sources to be used in the Product. The Order specifies the scope of work and other requirements of the Client regarding the Product.

Order Balance: represents the total amount of funds allocated to a specific Order after a Writer has been assigned to it.

Product: is the outcome of the delivered Service. It is designed to facilitate the Client's learning and understanding in a particular subject area or topic. The Product is not intended for submission to any educational institution that is chartered, incorporated, licensed, registered, or supervised by the state, nor does it fulfill the requirements for a degree, diploma, certificate, or course of study at any educational institution. Please note that the Product cannot be answers to your quiz, test, or exam. We oppose academic dishonesty and therefore do not provide Products that you can present as someone else's work.

Product Revision: is a request made by the Client to edit the final version of the Product, based on the initial requirements of the Order.

Messaging System: refers to the software that facilitates uninterrupted communication between the Client and the Writer or the Support Team.

Personal Account: means the personalized section of the Site, not accessible to the public, which is created after the User's registration. The Account is personalized with your account name and password.

2. General Information

3. Order Placement and Registration

Account Registration: Clients must register with a valid email address and password, which will be the primary communication channel. Providing incorrect information may result in access restrictions. Your account will be created based on the information you provide to us.

Order Submission: Clients submit orders directly on the website, free of charge, with specific details and requirements. Writers then place bids for these orders.

Writer Assignment: The Client selects a Writer based on their expertise, and communication about the order is facilitated through the website’s secure messaging system.

Messaging System: The Client and Writer communicate solely through the website. Personal contact information must not be shared, and any direct communication outside the platform is prohibited.

Order Status Tracking: Clients may monitor the status of their order through the website in their account section, with statuses including:

Bidding: Writers are placing bids.
In Progress: The Writer has begun work on the order.
Finished: The work is complete and the Client has released payment.
Cancelled by Client: The Client cancels an active order.
Cancelled by Writer: The assigned Writer chooses not to proceed.
Cancelled by System: Orders may be canceled for non-payment, missed deadlines, or breach of terms.

4. Verification

We do not control and are not responsible for any information provided by any Writer with the aim of such verification. Furthermore, we do not endorse or make any representations or warranties regarding the reliability of the verification or Writers themselves.

We cannot confirm that each Client is who they claim to be.

Both Clients and Writers agree and understand that they assume all risks when using the Services (on behalf of Clients) or providing the Services (on behalf of Writers).

5. Order Payment

Payment Structure: Orders are cost-free to place, but once the Client accepts a Writer’s bid, they must deposit the agreed payment. Payment may be structured in parts, with each part released upon completion of each section of the Order.

Refunds: If services wasn't provided, Clients may request a refund of deposited funds within 4-6 business days.

Tax Compliance: Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, including VAT, which may apply based on their location.

VAT for EU Clients: In compliance with EU regulations, a VAT rate is not applicable to Clients in the European Union, determined by the Client’s IP address upon registration.

Automatic Payment Release: Payment stages are released automatically 14 days after the Order deadline if not manually released by the Client.

The Company will not initiate the delivery of the product until full payment has been received and authorized.

You can pay for Orders using funds from your Order Balance.

After reviewing your Order, the Company may request additional payment or more time to complete your Order because the exact scope of work needed to meet your requirements can only be determined after a manual assessment. The Writer will establish the final price following this review. You have the option to accept the new Order details and total cost or choose not to proceed with the Writer. If you decide to discontinue working with us, a refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

When placing Orders and purchasing Products from the Company, you are limited to using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Maestro, JCB, and Diners Club International cards to add funds to your Personal Balance. In the event of a partial or full payment refund, you may either follow the procedures outlined in our Refund Policy or transfer the refunded amount to your Order Balance.

Prices for our Services are subject to change.

All Service descriptions, prices, and payment terms displayed on the Site are at our sole discretion and may be modified at any time without prior notice.

6. Order Processing and Sources Delivery Deadlines

Order Placement

To initiate an Order, you must complete the Order form available on our Site. Services are only provided upon formal request made through this form.

The Order form requires you to detail the scope of work, Order parameters, and delivery terms. It is your responsibility to provide precise, complete, and final information in each section of the standard Order form. You must ensure that the information presented allows the Writer to deliver an accurate Product.

Order Evaluation

The Company reserves the right to review the Order details after final payment to verify that the assignment requirements specified by the Client have been successfully met. If discrepancies are identified, Support may adjust the Order to ensure it aligns with the Client’s requirements.

Volume and Formatting

Every Order submitted by the Customer specifies a required length, measured by word count. Upon delivery, the Product must match the expected total number of words. The document may have fewer pages than requested but must meet the exact word count based on the rule of 275 words per double-spaced page or 550 words per single-spaced page. If there is a mismatch between pages and word count, the Client may request reformatting to align with this rule. For PowerPoint presentations, one slide is equivalent to approximately 135 words of text.

Modifications and Changes

The Client and Support can modify the scope of work only if the Writer has not yet begun working on the Order. Once the Writer has started, no changes can be made. If alterations to the Order details increase the work volume, complexity, or shorten the deadline, additional compensation will be required from the Client.

Provision of Materials

If the Client requires specific materials to be used in the creation process, they must specify and provide these sources to the Writer. If the necessary references are not supplied, the Writer will locate them, which may incur extra charges that must be paid before the project begins.

Deadlines for Supplying Sources

The following deadlines apply for providing sources:

Orders due within 12-24 hours: Sources must be supplied within 30 minutes of placing the Order.
Orders due within 24-72 hours: Sources must be provided within 1 hour.
Orders with a deadline over 72 hours: Sources must be received at least one day in advance.

If the Client fails to provide materials within these timeframes, additional payment and/or extended completion time may be required. The Company is not responsible if the Order's initial instructions were incorrect or changed. If additional materials are submitted after the work is delivered and the initial instructions were followed, all funds may be released to the Expert.

Communication

Clients are strongly encouraged to communicate with the Writer via the Messaging System or contact the Support team directly when seeking additional information. By placing an Order on the Site, the Client acknowledges that it may take a few hours to receive a reply from an Writer.

Tracking Order Progress

The Client can monitor the progress of the Order through their Personal Account, where details and status updates are displayed. The Customer may also contact Support to inquire about the Order's status using any available communication methods. The Support Team is available 24/7.

Selecting a Writer

The Client may choose a preferred Writer to work on their Order by specifying the Writer's name or ID in the "Invite Writer" field. The Client understands that there is no absolute guarantee that the selected Writer will be available. However, the Client retains the option to assign another Writer from the list of bidders.

Content Restrictions

When placing an Order, you must not send any content to the Writer that could be considered illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of privacy rights, hateful, or objectionable based on race, sex, ethnicity, or other grounds.

7. Order Revision

Revisions are available while the final payment has not been released. After final payment, no further revision requests will be accepted.

We reserve the right to limit or decline multiple revision requests if they are deemed unreasonable or excessive.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in cases where commitments to the Client’s requirements have not been met. Details regarding eligibility for partial or full reimbursement can be found in our Refund Policy.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued Under the Following Conditions:

Personal Use of the Product: If you have utilized the Product for personal reasons or incorporated it into another Order on our Site, you are ineligible for a refund. In such cases, a minimum of 70% of the contract price will be retained. The exact amount may be adjusted following an investigation.
Receiving Lower Grades Than Expected: We do not guarantee high academic grades and, therefore, cannot offer refunds if you receive a lower grade than anticipated. Our platform is designed as a learning resource that connects Clients with educational Writers to enhance learning. The Writer’s role is to assist you based on the requirements specified in your Order. Completing educational tasks independently remains your responsibility.
Unsuccessful Admission or Exam Outcomes: If you were not accepted into an educational institution or did not pass an exam, test, or quiz, please understand that we do not guarantee admission success or passing grades. While we can provide educational materials and guidance, we are committed to academic integrity and do not supply Products that can be misrepresented as your own or someone else's work.
Inability to Verify Poor Service Delivery: If we cannot confirm that the service was inadequately provided—especially in situations where you bypassed our Site, placed an order through a third-party platform, or submitted an order by linking to external resources, thus preventing us from reviewing the work—we cannot issue a refund. Additionally, placing an order without adhering to our Site policies disqualifies you from receiving a refund.
Editing and Proofreading Services Not Meeting Expectations: It is your responsibility to provide Writers with clear and precise requirements for editing and proofreading services. We are not accountable for contextual errors or originality issues in the materials you supply. If the final Product fails to meet quality standards due to issues in an editing or proofreading Order, you are not entitled to a refund. Furthermore, attempts to misuse editing or rewriting services to pressure Writers into creating new content are considered malicious actions.
Expired Refund Period: Refunds are available only within six months from the original transaction date and will be returned to the original payment method used. If more than six months have elapsed since the transaction, we cannot offer a refund.
Service Interruptions Beyond Our Control: We are not liable for, nor obligated to provide a refund due to, internet outages or service failures caused by government actions, third parties, or events outside our control.

Once your refund has been confirmed, we typically complete the processing within three business days. Please note that the Company is not responsible for any bank transfer fees, anomalies in the transfer process, or delays caused by banking issues.

Be aware that the timing of your refund is influenced by the original payment date for your Order. In certain circumstances, there may be a heightened risk of processing issues.

Unfortunately, since these refunds are handled by independent payment card network processors with their own policies and procedures, we have no control over these matters.

Therefore, we may be unable to process your refund in such situations.

Refunds are generally available within six months from the date of the original transaction. If this period has lapsed, you are not eligible for a refund. Any refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
